Port Roof Damage 6/12/2010

I wonder why the Port can leave loose roofing material free to blow anywhere but if a resident's trash can lid is the slightest bit open the resident gets fined.

Without a large format scanner, a digital camera works pretty well.  The pictures are high resolution so they can be saved and zoomed for detail.
